That Change Order No. 3 requires an increase in the project’s funding by an amount of $90,445.00 and that this increased funding shall be provided through transfer of available funds in the Water Fund - Contingency account. Scope of work is enclosed.

Description of Action

It is recommended that the City Commission approve the attached Change Order No. 3 to CDM constructors, Inc. under the terms and conditions therein as they reallocate the use of allowances, and authorize the City Manager to execute same.
